I studied Anatomy and Physiology while earning my ITEC qualifications at St Mary’s University in Twickenham, as well as completing my BTEC Level 5 in Sports, Remedial, Soft, and Deep Tissue Therapy at The ST School in Exeter. In addition to my training, I am a registered member of the Sports Therapy Association, where I specialize in various techniques including deep tissue massage and manual lymphatic drainage, along with providing effective sports massage in Hereford.
